What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, company name and the funding information you choose to give us. When you use the calculator we record the amount, rate and term so we understand what visitors are looking for. That record is not linked to you.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to proceed, to approach lenders on your behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to lenders without your agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for six years, which is the period we are required to retain records of regulated introductions.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address in the footer and we will respond within thirty days.
