About us
We fix the part of broking that is broken
Most brokers vanish the moment the funds clear. That is precisely when a business needs someone who understands the facility it just signed.
How we are paid
Plainly, because you should not have to ask twice
We are a credit broker, not a lender. When a lender funds your deal, that lender pays us a commission. You do not pay us to enquire, and you do not pay us if the deal does not complete.
Commission does not change the rate you are offered. We will tell you exactly what we are being paid on any deal if you ask — and we would rather you asked.
On a small number of specialist cases there is a broker fee. Where that applies you will see the exact figure in writing before you commit to anything at all.
What we will not do
Worth stating, because plenty of the industry does all four.
Spray your application
Sending one application to fifteen lenders wrecks your credit file and gets you the worst terms, not the best.
Sell you the highest commission
We are paid differently by different lenders. That is never how we decide which one to recommend.
Hide the fee
If there is a broker fee on your case, you see the number before you sign anything.
Disappear after drawdown
The person who arranged your facility is the person who picks up when you call about it two years later.
What clients say
They told me on the first call that one of the options I was asking about was wrong for us. That is not what I expected from a broker, and it is exactly why we stayed.
Funds landed nine days after the first phone call. Our bank had been sitting on the same application for six weeks.
The part that mattered was afterwards. When we needed to restructure eighteen months in, the same person picked up the phone.
